GPS and Track, a fast-growing tech start-up specializing in GPS tracking solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About Us:

We provide GPS tracking solutions for BHPH car dealerships, fleet vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment. With over 10 years in business and exponential growth, we pride ourselves on our strong customer relationships and dedicated support team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring they have a smooth experience with our products and services. We’re a small, fast-paced team where everyone pitches in, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with general account questions and support needs
  • Send and respond to customer emails
  • Create and manage invoices
  • Speak with customers over the phone regarding their accounts and services
  • Process daily account updates and administrative tasks
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Quick learner with a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and data entry
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (or the ability to Google what you don’t know)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains consistent productivity
  • Takes initiative and stays engaged without the need for constant supervision
