IMMEDIATE OPENING – NIGHT SHIFT FOREMAN (AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING)

Address : 1907 137th Ave E Sumner, WA 98390

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Monday – Thursday (4-10 schedule)
• Overtime available on Fridays

Pay Rate:
$30–$40 per hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Shift Foreman to lead and support shop floor operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production starts on time each shift, machines are running efficiently, and the shop floor is organized, safe, and productive.

Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong work ethic and leadership potential.

Requirements & Skills:

• Dependable and punctual with strong attendance

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions

• Comfortable working with measurements and tolerances
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and lead night shift operations daily
• Ensure machines are running and production goals are met
• Supervise and support shop floor employees
• Maintain workflow, organization, and cleanliness of the shop
• Follow and enforce safety and quality standards
