We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support. This role requires effective calendar management and clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks related to office management.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools, including QuickBooks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
