As a leading hotel in the luxury market,Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join the Food and Beverage Team at this beautiful property!
This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a new Italian Tuscan Steakhouse, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of Baldi, our new Italian Tuscan Steakhouse. You will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and directly overseeing 55-60 Front of House Team Members.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in elevating guest satisfaction. At least 1-2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is preferred. Experience managing a unionized environment is strongly preferred.
- Classification: Full-Time
- Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 – $85,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
