We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our reputed hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will come from a Sales or Food & Beverage (F&B) background and possess strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills. The role requires ensuring guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall hotel operations including front office, F&B, housekeeping, sales, and guest services.
- Drive revenue generation by actively managing sales strategies, building corporate relationships, and maximizing occupancy and F&B revenues.
- Lead, train, and motivate the hotel team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai’s tourism, hospitality, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
- Monitor guest feedback and take corrective measures to maintain service quality standards.
- Prepare performance reports and present business updates to senior management/owners.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of hotel industry experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in Sales or Food & Beverage operations within reputed hotels in Dubai or the GCC region.
- Proven ability to manage hotel operations and deliver strong financial results.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s hospitality market and guest expectations.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Micros, or equivalent).
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other international languages is a plus.
