We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Housekeeping Management team in overseeing daily operations and coordinating staff activitiesAllocate tasks to Housekeeping Attendants and ensure proper distribution of workloadConduct daily briefings and communicate relevant information to the housekeeping teamMonitor and respond to guest requests promptly, utilizing appropriate systems and proceduresCoordinate communication within the department and with other hotel departmentsLiaise with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure room availability for guest arrivalsPerform quality checks on cleaned rooms and public areas to maintain high standardsManage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as neededTrain new team members on housekeeping procedures and best practicesAssist in creating and updating cleaning schedules and rotation plansAddress and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a coordinator or supervisory roleProven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and WordExperience with hotel management software (e.g., Opera Cloud) is a plusOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and different shiftsProblem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of housekeeping best practices, cleaning techniques, and safety protocolsFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantagePhysical stamina to perform housekeeping tasks when necessaryCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
