Job Description: To ensure smooth functioning of office operations with a key focus on following up with clients/customers for payments, maintaining payment records, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
– Regularly follow up with clients/customers for pending payments via emails, phone calls and personal visits.
– Escalate overdue accounts to management in a timely manner.
– Visit government offices as required for visa processing or other official documentation work.
– Assist in legal documentation of the organization.
– Ensure seamless coordination across all departments.

Job Requirements:
– UAE Nationals only
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
– The candidate should be a self-starter, with effective communication skills.
– Excellent problem- solving skills.
– UAE driving License is mandatory.
