Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize floors, walls, work surfaces, and bakery equipment.
- Empty and dispose of waste bins properly.
- Wash and disinfect utensils, trays, and tools.
- Ensure toilets, staff rooms, and storage areas are kept clean.
- Follow proper cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Use cleaning materials safely and report any damages or issues.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required (experience in cleaning/food industry preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
