About Us:
Home Plumbing Solutions is a growing plumbing company working on multifamily and residential projects. We are building a solid crew and looking for reliable workers who want steady work and the opportunity to grow.

Current Work:
We currently have 6 months of consistent work, with a strong possibility of continued projects after that. We are looking for people who want to prove themselves and grow with us as we expand.

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced plumbers with installation of plumbing systems on construction job sites
• Support underground, top out, and trim phases under supervision
• Carry materials, prep tools, and keep the crew moving efficiently
• Use hand and power tools safely under supervision
• Perform general labor such as lifting, digging, and job site preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Follow instructions and work as part of a team

Experience:

• Construction or plumbing experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be willing to learn and take direction
• Familiarity with basic hand tools is helpful
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Must be reliable and show up on time every day
• Must be willing to register for a Texas Apprentice Plumber License upon hire
