Summary:

A Refreshment Attendant at American Food & Vending is responsible for ensuring that food, snacks, and beverages are continuously stocked and available in vending machines and micro markets. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and availability of refreshments to meet consumer demands.

Responsibilities:

• Stocking fresh foods, snacks, and beverages in vending machines and micro markets, ensuring items are replenished timely and efficiently.
• Cleaning and organizing refreshment service stations to maintain a hygienic and appealing environment for guests.
• Taking inventory regularly to monitor stock levels and placing supply orders to avoid shortages.
• Offering courteous and efficient service to all guests, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Ensuring all vending machines and kiosks are functioning properly and reporting any technical issues immediately.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages.
• May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs., bend, drive, climb stairs, push/pull heavy carts, and walk for the entire shift.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Self-starter attitude with the motivation to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and inventory management.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
