Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and manage internal and external queries.
- Answer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Update office policies, maintain the company calendar, and schedule appointments.
- Process the renewal of tenancy contracts and other product certificates.
- File, organize, maintain, and update important and confidential company documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports as required.
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) regarding employee training programs.
- Arrange air tickets for employees on annual leave and manage bookings for business travel, including flights and hotel accommodations.
- Coordinate with the PRO (Public Relations Officer) for visa processing and cancellations.
- Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records of leaves and absences etc.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3-5 years
