Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and manage internal and external queries.
  • Answer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update office policies, maintain the company calendar, and schedule appointments.
  • Process the renewal of tenancy contracts and other product certificates.
  • File, organize, maintain, and update important and confidential company documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports as required.
  • Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) regarding employee training programs.
  • Arrange air tickets for employees on annual leave and manage bookings for business travel, including flights and hotel accommodations.
  • Coordinate with the PRO (Public Relations Officer) for visa processing and cancellations.
  • Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records of leaves and absences etc.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 3-5 years
