Schedule:
Evening shifts during events

• Start time between 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• End time between 9:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Primarily evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays during the Event Season (April – October)

Position Summary
SPAC is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Attendants to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests during concerts and events. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere at one of New York’s premier performing arts venues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain restrooms, event spaces, offices, and venue grounds before, during, and after events
• Respond quickly to spills, high-traffic areas, and restroom needs during shows
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and empty trash/recycling
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Set up and break down cleaning stations
• Provide friendly assistance and directions to guests when needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation required
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during the event season (April–October) is essential
