Key Responsibilities:As a Personal Assistant (PA):
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
As an Events Coordinator:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, brand activations, and client meetings.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and third-party suppliers to ensure event success.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) – a must.
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Events Coordinator.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours during events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
