We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Account Manager, based out of one of the following locations:

  • Saint John, New Brunswick
  • Fredericton, New Brunswick
  • Woodstock, New Brunswick
  • Grand Falls, New Brunswick

Acting as a trusted advisor to medium to large-sized customers, you will support established clients by understanding their operations, challenges, and technical requirements. The successful candidate be bilingual (French & English), will build strong customer relationships, coordinate internal and external teams, and deliver tailored solutions across a broad product offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial customers by understanding their needs and providing the right solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Work directly with customers to review specifications, drawings, and applications to recommend appropriate products.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer and project needs are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain accurate technical and pricing information.
  • Manage project documentation, submittals, and customer records throughout the sales process.
  • Track pricing, account performance, and key metrics to support effective decision-making.
  • Participate in training, account reviews, and sales meetings as required.
  • Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of account management experience in industrial, mechanical, technical environment is a must
  • Bilingual: French & English (advanced/professionally) would be an asset
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset
  • Excellent ability to interpret contract terms and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreements.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics, KPIs, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
  • Keen to foster positive, collaborative, and productive team relationships
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong overall computer literacy
