Schedule:
-Hiring specifically for night shift (11PM-7AM) on the Friday and Saturday nights.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
– Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions
– Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management
– Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in hotel management or customer service is preferred
– Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficiency in using front desk software systems and phone systems
– Multilingual abilities are a plus
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
