THE OPPORTUNITY

• Responsible for all power distribution, fusing, lighting, equipment and motor overloads
• Optimize equipment safety, efficiency and reliability, as well as participate in continuous improvment projects and complete work orders according to PM schedules
• Comply with all applicable legislative policies and procedures (Food Safety, Health & Safety and Environmental)
• Service, clean and perform preventative maintenance and overhaul on all production equipment
• Ensure all work areas are clear of debris and check for hazards at all times
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with legislation and company health and safety & safety standards
• Report food safety issues to Quality Assurance or Shift Supervisor
• Follow all prescribed SOPs, rotation schedules, HACCP, and GMP procedures
• Perform other related duties as required
