THE OPPORTUNITY
- Responsible for all power distribution, fusing, lighting, equipment and motor overloads
- Optimize equipment safety, efficiency and reliability, as well as participate in continuous improvment projects and complete work orders according to PM schedules
- Comply with all applicable legislative policies and procedures (Food Safety, Health & Safety and Environmental)
- Service, clean and perform preventative maintenance and overhaul on all production equipment
- Ensure all work areas are clear of debris and check for hazards at all times
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with legislation and company health and safety & safety standards
- Report food safety issues to Quality Assurance or Shift Supervisor
- Follow all prescribed SOPs, rotation schedules, HACCP, and GMP procedures
- Perform other related duties as required
