The office is in the Woodlands TX.

We are searching a driven Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth and build long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with strong experience in MRO distribution.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying new sales opportunities. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will help expand our market presence, promote our innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Duties

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify, prospect, and close new industrial and warehouse accounts
• Build strong relationships with plant managers, procurement teams, and operations leaders
• Sell a broad portfolio of MRO products including: Industrial supplies, tools, PPEs, warehouse consumables, stretch film, pallet, stacking and packaging materials.
• Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing and contracts
• Coordinate with internal operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

Skills

• 3+ years of B2B industrial or MRO sales experience
• Strong knowledge of the Houston industrial and manufacturing markets, warehouses.
• Experience selling stretch film, pallet wrap, warehouse consumables, or stacking materials is a strong plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Hunter mindset with strong closing ability
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
