We are hiring a Bartender (Barrister) for our popular restaurant and lounge in Abu Hail, Dubai. We serve only non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, fresh juices, specialty coffees, teas, and other creative drinks. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages (mocktails, juices, coffee, tea, smoothies).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar station.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage inventory of bar supplies and assist with stock control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

✅ Prior experience as a bartender, barista, or in beverage service (non-alcoholic environment preferred).
✅ Strong skills in preparing and presenting non-alcoholic drinks.
✅ Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
✅ Basic English communication; Arabic is a plus.
✅ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
