Full job description

Our front desk agents are responsible for making sure that our customers get the best experience possible. A successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent service and will always aim for 100% guest satisfaction. The ideal front desk agent isn’t afraid of hard work and takes pride in doing all the little things to make sure guests are happy.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls.
  • Answer customer emails.
  • Answer customer faxes.
  • Answer customer letters.
  • Manage the front desk schedule.
  • Communicate with customers who are down with the sickness.
  • File and enter receipts into the computer.
  • Answer customer questions about stop-loss insurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
