We are looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman cum Driver to join our team. The role involves transporting laborers to the site, managing site activities, ensuring labor safety, and supervising fencing and gate installation works. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the fencing industry or a similar field, possess basic civil knowledge, and be able to read and understand drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive company vehicle to transport laborers, tools, and materials to project sites.

Supervise and manage laborers at site, ensuring productivity and discipline.

Oversee daily site activities including fence installation, sliding gate installation, and related civil works.

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety standards.

Understand and interpret technical and civil drawings for proper execution of works.

Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet project timelines.

Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements.

Maintain company vehicle in good working condition.

Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license (manual preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the fencing industry or similar construction/civil field.

Proven experience in site supervision and labor management.

Ability to read and understand civil and technical drawings.

Basic civil knowledge related to foundations, concreting, and alignment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of safety practices and compliance.

Physically fit and able to work on-site.
