Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Shop Manager to lead our Vape stores operations and drive success. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for retail. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, Bulk Restock orders, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals, analyzing performance metrics regularly.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports on store performance and profitability.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability and quality.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Schedule & Support promotional campaigns and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Administrative Tasks: Track and perform all administrative work, including maintaining proper records of sales, inventory, employee schedules, and compliance documents.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Retail Shop Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • English fluency is required for effective communication with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
