As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met, and working with the team to create an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the daily operations of the department
- Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas
- Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and linen
- Conduct training and development of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues related to housekeeping services
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Perform regular inspections to ensure that all rooms and facilities meet company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in housekeeping or related roles.
- Male candidates preferred
- Experience managing or supervising a team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Own visa is preferred (if applicable)
