Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working early morning shifts. You will play a key role in preparing and cooking breakfast service, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring guests receive high-quality food during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items according to hotel standards (eggs, meats, pastries, hot items, etc.)
  • Complete daily food prep including chopping, portioning, stocking, and setting up stations
  • Ensure all food is prepared quickly and efficiently during high-demand periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage areas, and equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (FIFO, temperature control, etc.)
  • Restock and replenish food items throughout service
  • Assist with inventory and communicate low stock or supply needs
  • Work closely with team members to keep service running smoothly during busy mornings
  • Clean and break down kitchen stations after service

Requirements

  • Ability to work very early morning shifts (as early as 4:00 AM, weekends and holidays required)
  • Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred (hotel or high-volume experience a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Knowledge of basic food safety practices
