Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment, ensuring safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for overseeing maintenance tasks and leading small teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
• Basic plumbing skills are required to fix maintenance items such as cloggage and leak repairs.
• Conduct welding tasks as required for facility improvements or repairs (preferable, not required).
• Apply electrical experience to diagnose and resolve electrical issues (preferable, not required).
• Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
• Have previous experience working in a hotel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
