  • Support the catering team by handling dishware during events and ensuring all items are ready for service.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, counters, and storage spaces to promote a safe workspace.
  • Buss tables by clearing used dishes and assisting servers with food handling to ensure efficient service flow.
  • Help with basic kitchen cleaning duties such as wiping down surfaces and disposing of waste properly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnaround of dishes during busy service hours.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
  • Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
