We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Host/Hostess to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming experience for guests by maintaining cleanliness, food presentation, and excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic food service environment, supporting the overall guest experience with professionalism and care. Prior experience in food handling, restaurant service, or the food industry is preferred. A strong focus on food safety and hospitality standards is essential to deliver exceptional service during dining hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, counters, and buffet stations.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Replenish food supplies and beverages promptly to ensure availability for all guests.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to maintain hygiene standards.
• Set up and break down dining service areas efficiently before and after service hours.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality environments is a plus.
• Ability to work early mornings, Wednesday evening and adapt to flexible scheduling requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
