Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of cosmetics and related products.
• Organize and maintain the storage of goods in the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and categorization of stock.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the management team when inventory is low or when products are nearing expiration.
• Ensure that stock is stored in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare stock reports.
• Assist with the preparation and dispatch of orders.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all cosmetic items, ensuring product quality and integrity.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, production, and logistics for smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the stock area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehousing or inventory management are a plus.
• Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetic or retail industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

Preferred:

• Experience in handling cosmetic products and understanding of their storage requirements.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
