Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the store manager and team, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Manage and maintain store records, including inventory, sales reports, and employee schedules.
- Assist with ordering and receiving store supplies and products, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Process and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the store.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and training materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized office and storage area.
- Support the store team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a retail or beauty environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is an advantage.
