Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the store manager and team, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain store records, including inventory, sales reports, and employee schedules.
  • Assist with ordering and receiving store supplies and products, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the store.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and training materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office and storage area.
  • Support the store team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a retail or beauty environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is an advantage.
