Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Guest Experience Host, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable moments for our guests! In this role, you’ll be the friendly face guiding visitors through, “TITANIC: Echoes from the Past”, a family oriented Virtual Reality experience. Hosts will be responsible for the on boarding and off boarding phase of their visit, managing guest interactions, and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued. Your energy will help foster a vibrant atmosphere, making each guest’s experience exceptional from start to finish. Whether checking guests in, assisting with VR headsets, or managing guest inquiries, your positive attitude will be the key to creating a fun and inviting environment for all.

Duties

  • Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit
  • Assist in checking guests in and setting them up with proper equipment.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure a smooth experience for all visitors
  • Support food and beverage service areas, serving refreshments, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling duties accurately during ticketing or retail transactions.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently.
  • Cleaning and organizing equipment
