Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver fast, confident, and professional customer service at all times
• Actively sell and upsell paint systems, materials, and related products
• Provide expert recommendations based on customer needs and project requirements
• Perform precise color matching and paint mixing with a high level of accuracy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with body shops and repeat customers
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performance store environment
• Handle pressure during busy periods while maintaining quality and speed
