Responsibilities

• Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and pressing equipment with precision and care.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning equipment and workspaces.
• Ensure all laundry items are properly labeled, stored, and delivered promptly to designated areas.
• Assist with special cleaning requests including dry cleaning or stain removal when necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning processes.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely replenishment of clean linens and guest supplies.

Experience

• Previous experience working in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment such as commercial washers, dryers, and pressing machines is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including dry cleaning processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
