Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service at the cashier station and driving range.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including sales, refunds, and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
• Assist guests with equipment rentals, range ball sales, and other services offered at the facility.
• Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing information about services, events management, and facility amenities.
• Enforce safety rules on the driving range and surrounding areas to ensure a secure environment for all visitors.
• Support event management activities such as tournaments or group outings by coordinating guest needs and facilitating smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and driving range to uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns or conflicts using conflict management skills to ensure positive resolutions.

• Experience in cash handling with accuracy and attention to detail.
