Front Desk Agent

Duties:

– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
– Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
– Assist with reservations and room assignments
– Process payments and maintain accurate records
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Perform night audit duties as required

Skills:

– Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
– Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
– Proficient in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
– Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its best practices
