• Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to ensure a spotless appearance
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and courteously
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling and inventory control

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general janitorial services
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures to ensure effective and safe operations
• Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
