Sales Executive

Overview

DNL Express Courier Service is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our reliable courier and logistics solutions. If you are passionate about sales and customer satisfaction, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients in e-commerce, retail, and other industries requiring logistics solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

2. Sales Generation:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and lead conversion.
  • Present and promote DNL Express’ services, including same-day delivery, next-day delivery, and COD services.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

4. Sales Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

5. Cross-Selling Opportunities:

  • Promote additional services such as international shipping, fulfillment, and return logistics.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage and willingness to travel as needed.
