**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Hourly pay $14.00 plus 10% of bar sales.

**Responsibilities:**

– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes

– Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

– Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

– Maintain a clean and organized bar area

– Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age

– Upsell additional products when appropriate

– Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

**Skills:**

– Proficient in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation

– Knowledge of retail math for handling payments and making change

– Experience in catering or events is a plus

– Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

– Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing

– Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction

– Basic sales skills to promote specials or new menu items

– Good math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills

– Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
