Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Roller Operator with a strong track record of working on construction projects in Dubai or similar environments.
• Valid roller operator certification and relevant licenses.
• Strong understanding of compaction techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Physical stamina and capability to work in diverse weather conditions.
