Hilton Garden Inn in Layton, UT is seeking a dependable Evening Cook – Hotel Line Cook to support evening restaurant service and banquet operations. THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR EVENING COOK – HOTEL LINE COOK

THE SCHEDULE:

• Part-time evening schedule with potential for full-time growth

YOUR ROLE:

• Prepare and cook food items to order, ensuring quality and consistency
• Assist with banquet food preparation for conferences and events
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and cooking procedures as directed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in work areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Utah food handler’s permit
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with cooking steaks to temperature
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
