About Us

We’re a fast-growing claw machine arcade in Cedar Park, TX focused on creating a fun, high-energy environment where families, kids, and pop culture fans can win prizes, hang out, and come back again and again to see what’s new and exciting.

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Assistant Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, help lead the team, and contribute to marketing and growth. This role is critical to maintaining our customer experience and growing the business.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Supervise, train, and hold part-time staff accountable to performance and service standards
• Handle opening/closing duties, cash management, and Square POS
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully operational (machines stocked, tested, and functioning)
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues proactively on the floor

Marketing & Growth

• Create and execute social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, short-form video)
• Support and help run in-store promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to increase foot traffic, repeat visits, and customer excitement

Inventory & Operations Management

• Manage inventory across both in-store and off-site storage locations (e.g., CubeSmart units)
• Track, organize, and restock plushies, prizes, and supplies
• Coordinate inventory movement between storage and store to ensure optimal stock levels
• Maintain organization systems to support efficiency, loss prevention, and scaling

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service, retail, or food service experience
• 6+ months in a supervisor or shift lead role
• Comfortable with cash handling, POS systems, and store operations
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours (including Friday and Saturday nights)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership of responsibilities without constant supervision
