Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Evaluate project variations, change orders, and cost control reports.
• Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify quantities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for commercial matters.
• Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and contractual claims.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred (REQUIRED).
