Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Evaluate project variations, change orders, and cost control reports.
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify quantities.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for commercial matters.
- Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and contractual claims.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- UAE experience preferred (REQUIRED).
