• Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and inviting by regularly sanitizing surfaces and removing expired or empty items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and replenishment during busy service times.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the service period, addressing concerns promptly to ensure an exceptional experience.

Skills

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Experience serving or catering in banquet or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards within the food industry.
• Familiarity with dietary accommodations and handling special requests with care.
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous.
