We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management and proven expertise in managing airport-related projects. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience in handling large-scale FM operations, including critical environments such as airport terminals, runways, and associated facilities. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to deliver projects in high-security, high-compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of facilities management projects within airport facilities, ensuring compliance with aviation industry standards.
• Oversee both hard and soft FM services across passenger terminals, airside/landside areas, runways, and support infrastructure.
• Develop and implement project plans, mobilization strategies, and resource allocation specific to airport operations.
• Liaise with airport authorities, aviation consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of FM services.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Authority, ICAO, and airport-specific safety/security regulations.
• Manage large and diverse workforce operations within critical 24/7 environments.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery for airport facilities.
• Prepare detailed reports, project updates, and performance analysis for senior management and airport stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and P&L accountability for airport-related FM contracts.
• Mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity in critical airport facilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 35 years managing airport or aviation-related FM projects.
• Strong understanding of airport infrastructure, security protocols, and HSE requirements.
• Proven experience in mobilization and transition of FM contracts within aviation/airport environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing large teams in 24/7 operational environments.
• Strong financial management skills with experience in contract administration and vendor management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with airport authorities and regulators.
