Responsibilities:

– The first priority is to maintain the dish area at all times.
– Assist in food preparation and meal assembly in the kitchen
– Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
– Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
– Assist with catering events and special functions as needed

Qualifications:
– Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
– Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
