Mill River Club is seeking friendly, service-oriented Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. This role is responsible for delivering professional food and beverage service in both indoor and outdoor club environments while upholding our high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests; take and enter food and beverage orders in POS (Jonas)
• Provide attentive, personalized table service throughout the dining experience
• Properly set and mark tables for each course
• Coordinate timing of courses and maintain control of assigned tables
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain clean and organized service areas
• Complete opening and closing side work
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of dining room service procedures preferred
• Fine-dining experience a plus (training provided)
• Ability to learn Jonas POS system
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced settings
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
