Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a focus on cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage service.
• Ensure all food items are presented attractively and are in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing information about menu items and dietary options.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning spills promptly.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food handling guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, including roles such as server, host/host, or barista.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
