Skilled Tradesman – Immediate Openings

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience and trade skills)

PP&C is seeking experienced Skilled Tradesmen to join our team. We are looking for high-performing, versatile professionals with expertise across multiple skill sets (“Jack of all trades”) in both commercial and residential projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work across all areas of construction
• Commercial and Residential Remodeling
• Framing, drywall installation (hanging & finishing), and painting
• Finish carpentry, trim work, and flooring installation
• Concrete work (forming & finishing)
• Door and window installation
• Roofing (shingle & flat)
• Electrical and plumbing tasks
• Safe and efficient use of power and hand tools
• Operation of construction equipment
• Perform duties assigned by the Foreman
• Maintain job site cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly cared for
• Follow instructions, prioritize safety, and complete work on schedule

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must pass drug and background screening
• Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision
• Team player with strong professionalism
• Punctual and reliable—must be on time every day
• Willing to travel
• Customer service-oriented, quality-driven, and honest
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
