ProLine Distributing is seeking a motivated individual to add to our Rochester team. As a Sales associate your responsibilities include servicing existing accounts, inside and outside sales calls, and developing new relationships and leads. Everyone works together as a team and shares in the branch’s success.

This is not a standard sales job where you are required to push products or do heavy selling and pitching. We help customers with their upcoming projects, their existing needs, stocking their shelfs, and all while providing exceptional service. We are looking for a people person over a sales person.

This job requires lifting heavy things, 50lbs or more.

8am-5pm – M-F Work week. No weekends.

Paid holidays and vacation.

Salary, based on experience, plus monthly bonus with unlimited growth potential.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain existing relationships with customers
• Service existing accounts with stocking and special requests
• Assist customers instore with exceptional customer service
• Research and develop new customers and sales leads
• Entering sales orders and invoice orders
• Picking orders and receiving freight.
