Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and Labour camp experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality, ensuring that our facilities provide a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to cleaning and supervising staff, as well as effective management of housekeeping operations.

Duties

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
• Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards and improve performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate laundry services, ensuring linens and uniforms are cleaned and maintained properly.
• Implement best practices for safety and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or janitorial services.
• Strong background in commercial cleaning or hospitality management is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Previous experience in hotel or healthcare settings is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and guests effectively.
