Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our hotel, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests. Bilingual abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture
• Restock amenities such as toiletries and supplies in guest rooms
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• Adhere to safety and health regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests’ requests promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping management, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Understanding of custodial responsibilities within a hospitality setting
• Bilingual abilities are preferred
