  • Serve guests with prompt, friendly assistance, addressing dietary needs or special requests with professionalism.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene practices diligently, adhering to all health regulations and safety standards.
  • Replenish supplies as needed, including food items, utensils, napkins, and beverages to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and equipment before, during, and after service shifts.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely delivery of breakfast offerings.

Experience

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred, especially within fine dining or banquet settings.
  • Experience serving or catering in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus.
